Worked great before the last update but after I updated the app the cameras are offline.

Nice system but everything happens to have a tint of green please fix

Ive had my Night Owl for 3 years now. I love it. The app is easy to set up and loads just fine for me, assuming you have good service/wifi. I am very satisfied.

This app needs to be updated ASAP I was told night owl is one of the best "NOT" .... I had a cheaper one off eBay that was 50 times faster , paid good money for my surveillance system now Im disappointed at nightowl S. U.C.K.S HELP NIGHT OWL UPDATE ASAP

Hasnt been working for a few months now. Pointless to not be able to view remotely

WORST APP EVER! GOES OFF LINE ONCE A WEEK. TECH SUPPORT IS NO HELP. ITS BEEN OFFLINE FOR A MONTH NOW. DONT THINK ITS COMING BACK.

The worst, do not buy Bought this last year and it worked for 2 months after that one camera at a time got no pictures then all 5 cameras were gone No help from support and they wont send us new camera. Total waste of $600

When I go to take a snapshot of a video surveillance. It saves it on the night owl app. I can view the picture as soon, as I try to delete the picture it crashes the app. Also I enjoyed being able to lay in bed overnight and watch my security system. After a few hours the Apple shut down and crash. Night owl lite never did that.

Will not work on my iPhone 4.

I downloaded this app to my iPhone 4s and had it up and running in a few minutes. The scanning feature with the qr code did all the work. It is more work to set it up on a windows pc than the iPhone

This App puts the PTZ camera in a constant rotation when using the PTZ control. You cant stop the rotation! Please fix . . .

I regret buying this camera from SAMs Club during the Christmas Holidays. I thought for $100 it must be a good camera and delivers all it says it does on the box. Imagine being at work and to be able to see your home, to check on my dogs, how cool that would be. NOT! The camera is a piece of Typical Chinese Crap! Capital C Crap! What a waste of money and time trying to get this thing to work consistently. I find myself unplugging the camera over and over to reboot it or what ever it is I think its doing, because half the time it doesnt help. Steer clear of Night owl pro products, the only people be that benefit by it being purchased is the sellers. Shame on Sams Club for selling this crap to their members!

I dont know if its the camera, or the app thats so bad, but neither seems to work very well. WHEN I can get the camera to show video on my iPad, theres a four to five second delay. Most of the time however, the app acts like its connected to the camera, but theres just a blank screen on the live view. I try to refresh the view by stopping and starting the camera, that works one time out of twenty, the other nineteen times, the app crashes. Would have zero stared if I could have

System works great the app doesnt work you need to fix asap defeats the purpose why I purchased fix soon or will return your product Ty

This product is a waste of money and the app is just plain worthless! I guess you really do get what you pay for.

The app keeps shutting down iPhone 5s also I think the app should always display cameras in hd not user toggle FIX THE CRASHING ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please add apple watch support and update the app for iPhone 6 and 6+ resolution. The app crashes a lot but does get the job done. Just feels like it could be a lot better. Please make this app awesome cause right now its not even close. Thank you!

The osd is in the middle of the display. Also when going to settings the app crashes
